tab7 I am a Tennessee native and have been in the Upper Cumberland area for more than twenty years. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in 2004, and for the past 13 years have lived and worked in McMinnville. I began working with Panther Creek Forestry in 2014, and since then I've gained in-depth knowledge of land and timber, both for recreational and investment-driven clients. As Project Manager for Panther Creek, I've worked with tracts of land from 15 up to 40,000 acres, and am confident in my ability to match clients' needs with the perfect property. I love what I do - which is not only helping clients find what they're looking for, but also providing them with valuable information specific to their interests, goals, and long-term vision.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and have been a licensed Affiliate Broker since 2018. I currently serve on several civic boards in McMinnville, and am a lifetime member of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries. I love hiking and trail running with my husband and six children in the beautiful state parks in and around Warren County. I am an active member of the Tennessee Forestry Association, and a member of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service TN State Technical Advisory Committee. I believe that, in all areas of life, honesty builds strong relationships and strong relationships build strong communities. I would rather give people good information that is bad news, than bad information that is good news. Whether you're looking to buy or sell land, I'd love to talk with you about the potential opportunities!
